Had one of these prior to my GS, a great bike indeed. Was always on the lookout for a 1200 Breva, scarce as hens teeth though :thumb2

It was that one off the Guzzi site. I was a bit annoyed about the front forks. I looked at it in the dark last Monday evening with a torch and easily picked up the missing chrome on the forks. I asked the owner to pump the forks for me so I could see if it was in the swept area, but he obviously didn`t pump very hard! When I checked it at home with a cable tie I discovered it. It looks like another member has a pair of fork stanchions that will do the job. New ones are £135 each
The panniers rails are Hepco & Becker. I paid extra for them and 40l Guzzi badge panniers.

mine has some minor pitting, fortunately it seems to be outside the swept area, and hasn't caused a leak, bear in mind that there is some distance between the oil seal and the dust seal which is what you see at the top of the stanchion, I will get mine hard chromed sometime, they do seem a bit soft!

pannier and rack

pannier and rack are std guzzi items . panniers mount on top bit under seat and fix onto brackets on pillion pegs . top-box mounts onto two arms that poke out from under the seat , undo 4 bolts and off comes the rack mounts .
