It's doing the trick - I'm now travelling much slower than on my K1200GT whilst having oodles and oodles of fun. Other vehicles have actually overtaken me this week
What's been surprising is the amount of attention it's grabbing, especially amongst random Joe Public.
Caught me unawares with the first 2 trucks to flash me as they headed the other way - I automatically started looking for the policeman/speed camera before belatedly noticing that the drivers were waving at me and giving the thumbs up.
