Everyone is going to have there own slant on this.
I would go with Motobatt and get the model with the highest CCA that will fit.

I call Motorworks and they usually send me an OEM Exide battery to fit my machine.
Try Barden Ltd on segensworth near Fareham trade prices and some cracking deals
if you need it in a hurry then Halfords are open and stock some bike batteries

Weird thing - when I went to replace the OEM battery in my GSA it wasn't Exide. Some weird Italian brand I'd never heard of and not a word of English anywhere.
the battery in my XR is Spanish - a BMW logo but no maker's mark. As ever, BMW will buy from wherever is cheapest, probably within Europe due to the weight and shipping costs.
As a matter of interest my 2019 GS has a chinese battery ffs!
Most battery plates come from the one source and are bought in and put together in the various factories. JJH
Motobatt are good and very handy as the terminals can be moved on each side of the battery.
