Well new bike day , first impressions are it’s very easy to ride, clutch brakes etc. a lot lighter than I expected.
Revolutions in Perth were great to deal with and what a great place to visit .
Morgan’s , CCM’s , Enfield’s Nortons .

I was up there for a visit last week, there was a good few bikes sitting waiting to go out, guy said he had sold 30 Nortons between Christmas and February, not surprised with that deal 😁

Pcp deal is now £125 deposit and £125 per month. This is with a £3k contribution so not bad.
To be honest on first thoughts if I had test rode my bike and had a proper look at it I would have been pretty happy paying those payments for it .

Is that the one you cant fit a sat nav or heated grips to?

This was the offer I saw.

Can't see many selling at that deal.
If planning to hand it back at 24 months it will cost you nearly £3500 more than the deal earlier in the year.

Collected today.

Handling felt as if it wanted to drop into corners, veered off course and poor steering response.

Front tyre around 8 psi and rear 9psi under recommended pressure.
Forks with different pre-loads settings.
.
Shocks with pre-load settings at opposite ends of the adjustment and differing damping settings.

Quick adjustment at the side of road improved things a little and now home have set up the above, so let's see on a ride tommorrow.

Once basic set up ok will play with Compression (left fork adjuster) and rebound (right fork adjuster) to get it just so.

I would have expected these to be checked on pdi and standard settings dialled in, so I will be having a chat with the service manager just so he is aware things are being missed, possibly more Nortons having pdi than ever before, not that this excuses basic checks.
