New blood at Park Lane

I heard a rumour that Steve Franklin (Prestige) is going to run Park Lane service. Anyone confirm this?
If true, what a life saver for BMW!!!!!! Someone who knows how to run one.

Yes the rumour is true, Steve started at Battersea today.
I spoke to him yesterday, and he is aware that there are quite a few problems to be dealt with, and agrees that it will take time to sort out them all out.

Don't expect miracles just yet, but at long last Battersea have a good bloke at the helm, good luck to him.
