Fitted new caliper seals yesterday. Doing a thorough job, I bled the brakes from both calipers and from the ABS bleed point under the tank.
Whilst I have the tank off, I decided to wash all the years of road dust from the under-tank area.
Everything reassembled, I don my riding gear and take the bike for a 30 mile run. All is OK. I park the bike in the garage.
Yesterday evening, I go to the garage and find that the driving lights are on. No amount of switching or pressing buttons would turn them off. I end up disconnecting the wiring from the live source on the back of the starter motor.

Moral of the story - use waterproof relays! One now ordered.
