"Sena has also given the SMH-5 an aggressive price; a single unit will have a list price of $129.00 and a pair of SMH-5 intercoms will cost $249.00.

The SMH-5 has all the features most riders need, including Bluetooth 3.0, which provides longer battery life (uses power more efficiently); a rider-to-rider wireless range of up to 400 meters; multi-pairing capability; voice prompts in the system to let you know which buttons to push; stereo A2DP; playback control for your music player using AVRCP; the classic Sena "Jog Dial" control interface and more."

No electrical contacts to the clamp unit attached to the helmet. Probably makes it more reliable but it seems to me, from the pictures, that the speakers and mic have to be plugged in each time you mount the unit. No great problem I guess :nenau

Well, they have to make savings somewhere I guess, if pricing stay similar to the USA you might get a pair here for £158 or a single for £82 that seems very good to me and could be the final nail in wired systems coffin lid
