Just buy new front rim to Xchallenge. Problem is, where to buy new spokes? I dont want use old spokes and I dont know is it even possible, becouse "nible" in new rim is 8mm thick.
Spoke measure is, thicknes 3.5mm (0.13"), total length 235mm (9.25"), bent part 9mm (0.35"), angle bent 13 degree and nible thicknes 8mm (0.31").
So, do you know can I find some commercial spokes from KTM, Suzuki, Yamaha or something?

Give them a call and speak to them. If you talk to them nicely, and are willing to send the wheel and hub, they may lace it for you. We use them a lot for Africa Twin Excel rims and they are fantastic. I think they charge about £70 plus the spokes to do it. They will also make sure that the holes are drilled at the correct angle.
