Scotland, (I wish)
Fitted a new Akrapovic Ti Exhaust yesterday.

Unfortunately I couldn't understand some of the instructions ;)

Took the bike to Hilltop Motorcycles today and had it re-mapped and checked on the Dyno

Very pleased with the result, 20 more horses at the rear wheel and 18.5 more torques

I'm thinking about doing the same, but 96BHP sounds like the exhaust system didn't add much (if anything) over the standard bike..? Would expect similar or more stock..

Unfortunately I don't have a Dyno run before the exhaust headers were fitted, but with them fitted it was obvious from the first Dyno run that the fueling was off and this probably gave a lower initial Bhp figure.
I have to say though that on the run down to Hinckley the bike was running better which probably goes to show that the fueling etc was probably off to start with.
What I do know is that the bike certainly feels smoother and more responsive.
Oh and the headers are now turning a nice golden colour with blue highlights.

Interesting that your dip pre-remap happens at c.4.5k rpm. This is about 1k rpm higher than mine did at 3.5krpm. Also, standard headers appear to give same/higher hp and torque compared to full Akra headers.

Have you had chance to ride the bike much since the mods? If so what are your honest thoughts about the results, worth the money? Thanks.

From what i have seen and read, the headers don't do much if anything at all for BHP / Performance so I just added an end can for noise lol
