Just wondering if any of you guys have used or can give any feedback on the quality of this range of aluminium side boxes.
Not used any Givi products before, what have there locks and fittings been like.

No one got any info ??

Was hoping this would be full of info................................

Seems like it is to new for any feedback, have asked my local Givi dealer to price up a full setup for my 1190R for a comparison.

Well it's arrived and I've fitted it this morning, there are some nice features with the boxes, the locks are strong and have laser style keys, the inner barrel has been machined so it snaps half way down if someone tries to break in them with a screwdriver, but the right key will still operate. The boxes snap on the frames easily and have a red and green indicator to show they are latched on properly. The BMW waterproof inner bags fit in them perfectly. On a negative, you cannot leave them unlocked and the left hand lid won't open without it catching the pillion grab handle.
No matching top box is available so I have bought the extra bags which are easy to detach and double up as hand luggage. Overall the quality looks excellent.
