New HH Brake Pads - Uneven Thickness??

I'm just about to install what could be my 5th set of EBC HH rear pads and I've noticed, for the first time, that one pad is approx 2mm thinner than the other.

So the question is, which one goes nearer the wheel?

May be the question should be, have I got the correct pads? They're FA 363 HH.
