New Italian 650 single

That's the old Husky 630 (like mine) lump.

I think the engines are built in China and the bikes assembled in Italy? As long as the quality is good it should be a decent bike :)

Nice and light as well.......
158 kilo.

I've ridden the Supermoto version ...... very decent bike!

Inta Motorcycles are a dealer in Maidstone and have a couple of demonstrators.

Any good?

I love mine :) I had the older carb'd model and sold it to Gaz (Norfolk Tiger currently has it). I missed it so much that when Paintman decided to sell his I bit his arm off for it. It's now a keeper.

It's coped with a week in the Pyrenees and The Vince and generally being constantly dropped and (last week) fully submerged in a bomb hole in Wales - it keeps coming back for more and all I do is change oil and filters. It's light for what it is (140ish kg) and a low seat height makes it very manageable for an off road twat like me. Power is IIRC 58bhp so not too shabby. It'll sit at 80mph all day long.

The standard (twin) exhaust is high up and heavy but I got pair of Ti silencers and that made a real difference to it's handling off road and (surprisingly) it's performance, for the better.

I've a set of 17" wheels for it from my Hill Climbing days and will be getting my shit together to compete on it once more next season.

Weak points are, I think, cam chain adjustment - needs keeping an eye on. Output shaft issues occasionally (no cush drive in the rear wheel) and most people that use them for travelling beef up the sub frame as it's quite light and basic. I use Kreiga throw overs and they work really well o the bike.

IIRC on the last TAT that Timolgra went on the only bike that didn't have any problems was the one Husky TE on the trip :)

Andres still lusts after this bike  I must get round to getting an MOT and stop using it to store my tent :blast

Indeed I do, I actually prefer it to the twin cam FI I have now; a bit lighter and a bit less revy.

Here's a a piccie of it from back in the day when it was actually ridden in case you've forgotten what it looks like :D
