new limited edition

Most people don't know what they want until the manufacturer shows them what they can have ..... at a premium of course ;)

However that diamond stitch seat does not belong on any adventure bike ..... Leave that one for the R9T:1/10

Agreed :thumb

I'll reserve judgement until I see it in the flesh in about an hour though.

That seat is even worse in real life. Paint is ok though.

Do like limited editions hence my TC 90th anniversary. Yes I am bias but still one of the best looking GSA's :rob

Imagine the price of the 100th Anniversay of the boxer engine when it comes out :eek:

It does look better in the flesh

I'm with you matchbox...I quite like the red seat.

Been thinking about powder coating the bars and luggage frame. This may have sealed the deal

I felt the same about the bars etc on my new GSA. So I had all the silver parts powder coated to match the frame inc rocker covers.

WTF is going on with these prices:mad:

R 1200 GS Iconic (above):

Based on the R 1200 GS TE Alpine
Custom Paint Work (Rallye Styling) inspired by 1980s Dakar models
Black Diamond Stitched Red Seat with Embossed Iconic 100 Logo
Gear Shift Assist Pro
Cross Spoke Wheels
£16,790 OTR as opposed to a "normal " TE with GS Pro and Blue paint at £15100

Not as bad as it first appears since your resale values may be a tad higher too?

looking forward to the underpant grey edition,as long as they include the lovely red seat I'd be happy to part with 3 million quid for it:)
