I’m hoping to get a Noel Coward type dressing gown and some house shoes this time..



Last sample sale I bought a few brand new Baracuta Harringtons, £50 each, and a few pairs of gentleman’s socks..

When I worked in the outdoor clothing industry we would occasionally be allowed into Salesmen’s Sample events. I remember picking up a Rab down Gillet for £15 and a down jkt for £25. Still have one of them 30 yrs later. Brilliant way to pick up top quality goods albeit sometimes in wacky colours
