I just traded in my 1200gs for a new one and kept the panniers, but forgot to keep a key for the locks!! so any ideas on how much I will have to fork out for new locks? :blast

I have a perfect set of system panniers LOCKED closed in my attic. I sold the bike and forgot to get a key made for the panniers. I assume if I cant get the key back then I will have to drill out the locks ??? Although..... if I remember the reg of the bike then the dealers can cut me a key :augie :augie :augie

Assuming that you left them unlocked, they're easily done using the instructions above, or most dealers will do it. If you've got a really nice dealer, it'll not even cost anything :thumb2

As already said if they are unlocked, you dont need the old key to recode
