Adventure Bike Rider has organised a group of regional biker groups that appeal to a wide variety biker owners outside of Tosserdom (yes there are other adventure bikes out there!). Seeing as there was not one in North London I started one. If you live in the North London/Herts/Beds or where-ever you can sign up here.
Plan is once we get a core group of members to hold a regular meeting for ride-outs in the area (i.e Third Sunday of the month etc.) and each member plans a ride-out. Ride in the morning and then pub lunch at one of the many lovely pubs in the Herts area. Easier to get out with SWMBO once things are in the diary in advance.
* Ride-outs could be back roads of Herts A road and Bs or paved back roads.
* Green laneing for those interested (personally something I would like to get into this winter but on something much smaller than my GS and that I can totally hack and not put my back out lifting 240kg).
For those that haven't read ABR it's pretty good read given that it is only 5 issues old.
