It seems the boys at Sena have been busy: Sena press release
A little more in-depth info here.
I'm planning the move to Bluetooth but prefer the format of the Autocom Air being protected within the fabric of the helmet. The Sena 10U or 3S could be viable alternatives particularly the Sena 10U which is using Bluetooth 4.0 technology. My current setup is an Autocom SPA with Zumo 550 and Kenwood radio (+ iPhone), possibly using the Sena 10U with a Sena SR10 "hub" would enable me to link via Bluetooth to the Zumo and still retain phone functionality via the Zumo, I'd prefer to keep the Zumo as the heart of the system rather than controlling everything via a unit on the side of my helmet ... and I hate voice prompts which seems to be the basis for newer units such as the Sena 20S. I would also prefer to keep the Kenwood for bike to bike.
Moving to a Bluetooth based setup now would enable me to more easily swap over when I change the bike, the intention eventually being the LC with a Nav 5 which isn't going to work with my Autocom (I tried and wasn't impressed with the Autocom BT-02 add-on).
Anyone picked up any other information on these 2 new units?
Stu.
