New R1200R launched

Hi Martyn,
I like the white one with the red frame, but I'm not a fan of the modern headlights most bike have at the moment, they look like they are melting off the bike.
I think old fashioned round headlights look better on a naked.
Shame about loosing the Telelever front but I guess the radiator is in the way. :-)

Do you think so, Steve? I think the combination of that headlight and the flyscreen is a bit of an aesthetic jumble and I like "ugly" bikes. :nenau

The RS on the other hand....:thumb

Yes, the headlight is far too low. Many current owners prefer a larger screen and I suspect that might make the front end look even more awkward. But I guess that it's not meant to have a screen at all, but folks is folks. Still, a nice looking bike, as is the current model.

The headlight was slightly out of proportion, but overall I thought it was a stunner - I bet it'll be a fun bike to ride like a hooligan :)

The RS also looked good and could be a contender for my next bike as it has a sensible riding position, but I'm planning on keeping the GS for a long time (famous last words :} )
