I've had my 2017 GS TE just two weeks, but knew from the start that I would have to do something about the screen. I'm about 6' 1" but have a long torso and only average length legs, so the stock screen was just far too low even at max adjustment.
After looking at the options I decided to go with a screen from SlipScreens who sell on eBay. This is similar to the GSA screen but taller at 440mm and there is a no-cost option to have that increased to 490mm which I did. I was very impressed with the quality of the screen when it arrived, especially given the relatively modest price, and it made a big improvement.
However, I have previously used Givi AirFlow screens with great success, either purchased from Givi, or when not available by buying the AirFlow secondary screen and fixings as spare parts to add to an existing single screen. Givi don't seem to make an AirFlow for the GS LC, so as I had a set of these parts spare, I decided to add this to the new screen to make my own. I also added the Givi screen reinforcement bracket on the left side and was impressed with the design, which does not get in the way of the satnav lock.
I had a ride yesterday to test this combination, and as well as giving more adjustability, I think there are some further improvements in noise reduction, though it was difficult to be sure as there were blustery crosswinds yesterday. Pic below.
