its hardly different on the even later stuff - a 4cyl k1300 up to 2015 has the same ECU as a 2004 R1200 and pretty much the rest of its electrics are shared

the 3 strips failing is why I suggested the Argentinian one - you haven't provided any info on what you did re pinning the J1 socket

Hi, made the repinning according to the thread on here https://www.ukgser.com/community/threads/fuel-strip-to-float-conversion-complete-guide.302913/ .
It went so, ordered used float, installed it. Made coding on ZFE ; activate potentiometer, deactivate fuel sensor warming with motoscan, got fault code on fuel wich could not be removed.
Zapped the strip, zeroed faults. Connected float, coded the previous and on the cluster also deactivated inductive_fuel_sensor(maybe this was it) and voila the thing started to show how much fuel there is.
As I said I'm not sure what made the thing work and still have to study the case.

For instance I cant try the ZFE High Full I bought before I have schematics to avoid any power to earth connections.
