Just took delivery of the latest version carbon hugger made by Ilmberger and supplied by Sandbar Composites for both the 1200 GS and GSA which mounts directly to the bevel drive on the bike.
It means removing the rear wheel to fit it and owing to the design the plastic shroud on the standard rear shock would be removed as well but I can't see this being a problem as the protection it seems to provide is more than adequate.
