Looks a clever new take

And there’s a thermal jacket, possibly heated coming soon to make it a very clever setup.
Only initial downside I can see is that the InMotion airbag system usually comes with something like a £120 annual subscription.

Pretty much the reference for scooter shite bags and clothing, they’ve been venturing more into the mainstream motorcycle market for a few years now, hence the minor rebrand I guess

I’d say good quality kit and well priced , 400 quid sounds cheap for a decent jacket with airbag included, shame about the annual subscription
The mesh jacket looks good too with a couple of front pockets (y)

Definitely a brand worth looking when buying kit, lots of experience making all weather gear

^^^^The jacket+the laminate jacket+3 years sub =£890. No price on the heated jacket.
I guess if you are in the market for a new jacket it makes sense. I have 5 jackets so for me the Alpinestars or the new Dainese smart Go would make more sense. According to the website the back is L2 and the the shoulder and elbow is L2, I believe is the only system that cover all over which is unique at the moment.

Heated jacket OVER the airbag sounds odd to me. Surely you want the heated layer closer to the skin? If the heated layer has to have room for the airbag to expand, it’s going to be quite baggy, which will reduce its effectiveness.

Morning, they were at ABR but were not on sale as yet as i really liked the idea building on the 'layering' concept. I see that as perfect for me and an ideal purchase instead of an *airbag and new mesh jacket I was looking at.

Simply add a Scott type waterproof (or whatever you own) over the top if it's raining and a fleece in between if it's cold. Hopefully they will be at the NEC.

*i am also a little vain and would prefer an airbag to be less visible and less Sam Browne.

I wear my Keis over Plasma vest and it works perfectly

Sorry, but monthly subs for a piece of safety kit is just a con. You should be able to buy a working airvest without any subscription. The trend for selling electronic safety gadgets requiring subs seems to be a deliberate marketing ploy, known as HaaS (Hardware as a service). If subs are for firmware updates because of buggy systems then I wouldn't have anything relying on that, hence will stick with a physically activated lanyard.

Alpinestars, with their Tech Air vests seem to buck this trend at least, whilst a majority of the rest default to subscriptions and predictable revenue and customer buy in. It's a pet hate of mine. I'd no more sign up to a subscription for an air vest than I would a good pair of boots or a helmet.
