Hi all, we are almost new to this subject. We did have a very cheap and basic intercom once from Oxford which was a couple of earplugs/mics and a small battery operated unit (about £15) !!

We want to buy a decent unit now which fits to the bike and works off the battery, with possibly wireless headsets which fit semi-permanently into the helmets.

Bike to bike is not needed. I think some may also have a radio? Looking for something which would last years so dont mind a bit of £££££££

Advice please folks, cheers

funny, no one's mentioned starcom. I have no experience of them but they get good reviews and should be on the 'consider' list.

I've used Autocom and Intaride and have been pleased with both. Never tried a wireless system and have heard VERY mixed reports about these.

I've been waiting for the Liberty for so long that I've stopped waiting. The interesting thing is that it uses its own propriatory system rather than bluetooth. IF they've got this right (and I hope so given how long it's taken to develop) it COULD be a cracking little system...

... I'm not holding my breath though.

Thanks - sorted

Thanks John - looked at starcom then visited Lloyd Honda in Carlisle. They have them in so weve ordered a set. Going to fit it all myself to the bike but the chap at the shop is a dab hand at doing the instillation into helmets.
He's going to do that part of it for us for a reasonable price.

Looking forward to the following now:
