Hi new to forum, just sold my GSXR 750 after a few sports bikes and got the GSA bug so now starting to look. I have around £7k to spend so looking to find the right low miles, good history with right spec. Looking to see what issues I need to be looking for/ aware off with a bike in that budget..

Any feed back greatly appreciated

Hi Colin and welcome aboard. I'm guessing that it was you who posted in Scotland Only !! Motorbikes For Sale, looking for a GS. Whereabouts in Fife, are you? Having owned 5 GSes in a row and 7 in total in our family, I'm always happy to offer any advice where I can.

Hi Schtum,

Yes that was me! ive been on the look for a bit but just sold the 750 so stepping up the hunt Im down the road in Kelty just south of Kinross.

I got a few options from the posts on FB/Gumtree and that helped with the research on prices spec for that kind of budget, just a little unsure on things like recalls, bike issues that I should be aware off.
