Hi all,

It was suggested that i join this forum, as I'm looking to sell my GS Adventure Triple Black.
I bought the bike 11 months ago, just to see how i get on with this type of bike. Perviously, I had a Suzuki 1800 Intruder. So the adventure bike is about as far away from the cruiser as you can get.
So yes, I've been bitten by the GS bug, and now looking to get the new model to mine. If anyone can suggest how i go about looking for a buyer on here, i'd really appreciate it.

Well, What a warm welcome this is...... I was just about to upload a pic of me in a HiVis jacket, but clearly this is frowned upon, unless the piss taking will be merciless. I made the simple error of not putting a price on my bike that I'm looking to sell on here, and within what i deem to be a nano second later, got some snotty reply of "Price it, or leave"....
I won't ask about oil either, but instead will call my local dealer and embarrass myself with the parts guy there. As for a torque wrench, I know what they do, but have never owned one, and would never attempt to work on my bike to the extent that i need a torque wrench....
One part of me wants to post my tel number on here so that anyone who is interested in buying a 61 plate Adventure Triple Black can just call me, but then I'm thinking, do i really want that level of freakiness in my life at the moment....

Welcome - sure you will find lots of interest to get the best out of your bike - lots of expertise on here for all aspects from fixing maintaining and restoring and from a travel perspective this is the ultimate - you won't see such extremes of biking anywhere else.
