I'm looking to replace front and rear tyres. I'm looking to venture off road on F800 for the first time. 95% of riding will still be on the road, and mainly touring. Any recommendations? Also are there any decent tyre fitting services in the Chelmsford/Southend area? Thanks

Sounds like you need to talk to the guys at Motorcycle Tyres UK.
They run a ride-in/ride-out service and have a remarkable number and variety of tyres on the shelf.
Based in Harold Park, Romford my wife and I have been getting tyres from these guys for 20 years or more.
Check them out at: http://www.motorcycletyresuk.com
Highly recommended.

I have the 800 adv and am now on my second set of Heidenou k60 scouts.
I do rag my bikes and if you run them in for 50-100 miles first then you will never look back
Best kept secret. The have been to Morocco and back. Mine did more than 5000 miles before I decided to change them with 3mm left on the back and 4mm on the front.
They stick like glue to sweeping spanish hill roads and moroccan mountain roads.
You can get thwem shipped in from Germany on internet for £150 per pair. Most people will charge £50 fitting

Hi snottwife. Are you running g the K60 on spoked rims. If so how did you get round the tubeless /spoked rims issues.
