New User ABS reset

Hi Guys
Brand new to the BMW marque, bough tmyself an 1100GS, can anyone tell me how to reset the ABS system, also can anyone point me in the right direction for some online general maintenance info, oil changing clutch changing torque settings etc etc

First Class responses cant thank you guys enough, looks as if I will enjoy haveing the GS, may even trade in my other ride for a new GS1200, see how I get on with the 1100. Once again thanks for the help guys
