New Vario Panniers

I dropped bike in France last year and damaged the screw mechanism on the new style Vario Pannier.

Does anyone have a link to parts schematic or disassembly instructions, Youtube repair video? Can only find the older vario case that uses a lever to adjust?

The only Part numbers I can find are for complete unit, carcase or opening lid.

I believe Shad made the square ones for the LC, the new ones are Touratech

Just take all the screws out and the thing should disassemble I believe
