New WC 1200GS Adventure....revealed?

ABS is standard on all new GS's now i.e. included in the base price of £11,650 for the standard 1200GS ;)

I know dude, thats why i said obligatory. :D Ok re reading maybe i could have phrased it better ,' including abs'not 'plus abs'.:beerjug:

Agree about 13-13.5 k for one, as the £11650 standard gs doesnt include spoked wheels, a £355 extra, that takes it to £12k before they cost in the adventure big tank, engine bars, suspension...

What a mess! what is it? does it have any design in it anywhere? :eek

Don't know what bike you are looking at?

I've always thought that a well kitted out GS, in the right colour, looks like a piece of military equipment - which I like... and so far the images of the apparently new GSA are pretty much on track. I'm not convinced that the upper section of the engine / protection bars is the best design?

Feck, looks like filtering will be a tougher on the WC:eek:

Filtering is a function of bar width -10% or so depending on speed (flip flop) and confidence in reading the body language of the traffic ahead.

Not tank or pannier width :thumb2

That tank is virtually as wide as the bars now though, so no doubt we'll get some requests for measurement to see if it goes through the garden gate :)
