Santa packing .... the 'bike started on the button and as sweet. as a sweet thing
This morning the water in the Camper was frozen
Arrived in Moffat at 3pm
Some observations,
Heated gear is a must, from an indicated -1 at Strontian, it dropped steadily to -5
It only came back to single + digit around Dumbarton, and never got over +3 all the way back to Moffat
A peaked helmet is a godsend, I could dip the peak to block the low sun, until the road direction pushed it over my right arm
Exit slips are a fuckin menace, with the std method of exit being from lane 3 to exit in 100 yds or less .... Wankers
Towing a car on a trailer @70mph, will definitely get the attention of passing plod, (and they were only a few miles behind me
)
You can go from Dumbarton to Strontian & back to Dumbarton on on tank of fuel
And it's still cold lol

Did you have your heating turned up to 11
Not really Mike, just above mid range. But with reduced feeling due to the Diabetes I didn't realise it was blowing directly onto the foot.

September 2020 when only six people were allowed to gather in groups due to lockdown rules. Santa arrived a little later because he had lots of miles to do. Hats off to him for doing it again in current weather conditions.
