Next Trail Ride out 4th November

This Ride will be leaving McD's in Keighley at 9.30 on the 4th November .

Basil and I did the ride yesterday ,to try the route and see how long it should take to get around.

It will include some challanging lane's.so not suitable for Novice trail rider's.
Both Basil and I did the route on Road /Trail tyre's so don't worry about having full Off Road tyre's .

We will be having lunch in Hawes , and we hope to be back in Keighley for about 4pm

Great ride out today,with some of the more challenging Trail's in the Dale's

A good mix of bike's for old Brit bike's ...Jap 4s and 2 stroke's,along with the KTM 990 Adventure of Basil and Spout on the HP2.

Excellent days trail riding. Thanks to Dazzer and Basil.
Only low point to the day was following Mick on his Enfield - I just couldn't shake the theme tune to Heartbeat from my head!
The old and the new:

Fair play to Dazco - road tyred 1100 v Yorks off road shouldn't go, but his infectious enthusiasm (stupidity!) pulled it off.
Stunning scenery:

plus some "tricky" climbs

= great day.

who are you calling stupid, you missed the best bit when i fell of twice within 100 yds. horrible horrible slippy mud stuff its called,
Bent mi srashbars and snapped cylinder head plastic thing off.
Aching like hell today.
