Nexus drive hub and belt drive Cube

Been looking for a new bike, (don’t need 30 gears) more hybrid with Nexus gear rear hub 8 or 11 speed gears.
Came across the new Cube Hyde Pro 2020 hybrid sports bike, which also has toothed belt drive instead of a chain, which for me would be a bonus, has anyone seen one or looked at one, trying to find a shop which has one, is open and can I have test ride

I got Shimano Alfine 11 speed hub gears and Gates carbon belt drive on my e-bike. I find it really good and not chewing through chains on my commute!!

One of the advantages is meant to be that you can change gear whilst stationary. I don't do this, the odd time I have has not been satisfactory, it might have only reached an intermediate gear and is still trying to change, or shifts suddenly when you put the power on.

My Alfine hub is meant to be oil filled, however it leaks. On my service schedule (about every 1500km) I fill it with oil, rotate it a few times and leave for 30 mins, then drain again.
