Yes and yes!
Comfortable (for me), good wide angle of view, great no mist visor, quiet and well made for price point. Lots of good versatile features so you can configure it in a number of ways.
Ive been impressed with mine so far.
Got a good write up in one of the bike mags.

I've got Arai , shark and shoei lids, I always go for the nexx xd1. It's the best helmet I've ever had.

I have one too and it's excellent. By far the best vented lid I've ever had - my glasses never steam up with it! I also fitted the Xcom unit, which is a repackaged Sena but looks much neater. It's not as plush inside as my Schuberth or Shoei but it's the one I use 9 times out of 10.
All good comments so think I'll be buying one as they're a good fit when i tried one at the Nec.
Is the Nexx comms system as versatile as the Sena i.e. will link with other makes?

As far as I know it's literally the same internals, however I haven't tested it with others, only paired to another Sena which was seamless as you'd expect.
I was very tempted but found it too tight across my chiselled manly superhero jaw. Shoes seemed like a nice lid but decided on another tourx4 as it's a helmet I know and it works for me.
Was looking at them last month but couldn't find anywhere within 50 miles that actually stocked the helmets (that included all of the listed dealers )
