They dont really make much sense to me, especially the Haynes type, they seem to take me ages to colour in:), but look, this one has pretty colours :D and looks like maybe even I might have half a chance :thumb2

Yep - nice find, Stewart.

Looking carefully at the Cat Code section, where St Eptoe says the plug mod doesn't work for the 1100 range, it is shown that pins 30 - 87 - 87a - 85 are all connected together in the plug.

My German import '99 model, with exhaust sensor, doesn't have a code plug fitted - so it would appear these terminals wouldn't be linked together on my bike - whether there was ever a code plug fitted from new, I have no idea.

Any other owners care to comment as to whether theirs has a code plug - and if so, what colour it is?

My 97 1100 has a beige cat code plug :thumb2
