Seriously Internet has released a 2 Mbit broadband service for £14.99 a month capped at 1GB of data. You can then "pay-as-you" go for extra data *but* (and here's the neat bit) you won't ever pay more than £27.99 per month. i.e. you get unlimited downloads on 2 Mbit connection for £27.99/month but you if you use less then you pay less. Very neat idea.
