which pegs is it i need to replace the horrible rubber blocks for the mrs. I saw Carl had some spanky nice ones on the back. And i seen some advertised in germany for £100 odd

i brought some off a r1150 the other day but they are too big, ive been thinking of grinding them down to fit but is there anything that bolts straight in?

I've got R1150R rear footpegs and brackets on mine, I got them new from R series parts on ebay,£35 + post I think they were.
They bolt straight on and the pannier mounts are in the same places.

ahhh thats how it was done! I had made the presumption that the brackets had been the same when i brought them. Typical bmw that they werent. cheers

i do think the black ones look nicer, more standardish.

i got mine off the s model (just checked what they were) and they are a bit different. Think i might just grind them to suit the standard gs brackets.
