I like that.... Shame I'm eleventy foot tall and 20 stone.....

What's going on with me, that's another (stock) Harley that I actually like and with a few tweaks could even see myself owning :thumb

Enlighten me though, what does the '72' relate to? Is it cubic inches and is that a 1200cc lump?

I think I'd have been tempted to go back to bed ;) Nice colour, a lot of us old 1980's scooter boys had heavily flaked paint jobs and I still think it looks cool.

It's a 1200 Sporty with a great paint job and spangles. The '72 moniker is nothing to do with the engine size but 'evokes a genuine '70s chopper attitude' ......... allegedly :blast

Whatever, it's a great looking bike. In fact the Sportster lineup right now are amongst the coolest bikes they are making. The 883 Roadster is outstanding value for money; the Iron 883 is a great little blacked out bike; the '72 & '48 are fantastic looking bikes. I'm not sure about the tanks on the 1200 Custom and the Superlow but they can't get 'em all right.

The only problem with them is they are quite small, so if you are over 15 stone, 6' tall or 30 years old you aren't going to look as cool as the guy in the advert :toungincheek
