Nicely updated Indian

The forks and front brake are from a Sportster and have been fitted to uprate the bike to a standard that is more in line with modern day road conditions.
I'd gathered that but aesthetically they are not pleasing and look weedy.
I'm sure the handlebars are what work for the owner Maybe they suit the owner,maybe they were the only bars available-they still look wrong to my eye....

and I've no idea why you describe the fork gaitor as being "faux". What's that all about....?
Exactly! What is it all about.....why would you need gaitors on a road bike? They only serve to draw the eye to the weedy fork legs and out of proportion front end

Perhaps not, I know what I like and it's not that, the original article would look miles better IMHO but if you like it that's fine, vive la difference ;)
