Not sure really, saying that the vendor has a 3727 positive feedback and has been registered since 2003. Maybe it is a genuine offer, don't know if you can buy a vehicle without paper though, running or not.

I dont see the problem... It could quite easily have been a stolen recovered. And just a quick check of the number plate and vin with the police should soon suss if its VERY dodgy.

or a HPI check - even. (or is that too simple?)
