A bit of credit where it’s due….

I order a Wunderlich seat from them (heated and tall) with a delivery anticipated end of July. Delivery was “revised” by Wunderlich recently to end September “due to high demand”.
NN offered to supply a standard version to be exchanged when “tall” was available…
That’s decent service.

It’s many moons ago, but I had a similar experience to yours with NN. I ordered a Baglux tank cover, and it was delayed in the colour I wanted, so as I was going away and needed the tank bag, they loaned one in a different colour until mine arrived, then exchanged it.

Not quite sure you understood…..I have a standard BMW “comfort” seat/plank…..obviously…..NN sent me a Wunderlich seat…in standard height rather than “high”….It also turns out that this seat sits me well higher than the BMW seat…

that's really good to hear and excellent customer service.

I'm a little longer in the leg and have done c. 9000 miles on my 13 with the Wunderlich standard height seat - it's a game changer.

BMW 'comfort' seat is anything but!!

Good of Nip to accommodate you.
My direct experience of Wunderlich, last year, with their mudswing thingamabob seemed to be to wait till they had a six-month backlog of orders then getting the chinks to knock a pile up. Not impressive at all, though nothing to do with Nippy.
You can only muse at Wunderdick’s business model and how it impacts the customer.
