Well I emailed him he emailed me straight back.

I phoned him and he answered the phone.

I talked to him about the goods needed, NO PROBLEM I`ll get on to AMERICA he says.

Now thats the way to operate, NO BULLSHITE

Theres a lot to be learn`t here, BMW-WONDERLICH-TOURATECH give this guy your operations as you should make this guy HEAD OF WORLD SALES.
 
I can commend the chap aswell, he delivered in excellent time discounted the postage caus I mentioned the site and good products aswell!:)
 
I ordered an Autoswitch from him Friday, it came this morning.
Problem is I didn't think it would be that quick. I am waiting for my Lights and Bar to arrive now. Should have ordered them sooner. :rolleyes:

Comet, PC World, etc - they employ sales deterring staff not 'assisting'....

I have to add my thumbs up to Nippy Norman.

I didn't know which size risers I would need so he sent me both and I returned the one's I didn't want.

Just ordered some footpegs from him and he emailed me to say they are running a bit late. I knew they were out of stock when I called to order them, so it wasn't a problem but he kept me informed which has got to be worth a :friday

Nice to speak to some one who cares

Being in the service industry, it's nice to speak to someone who cares and has customer satisfaction at the top of his agenda, I wish him well and will be ordering a shed load of bits once the picture of the clear brake light is put on the web page.

My Christmas box is getting full, the kids don't know what they have bought me yet!!!..

I ordered two Vision Plus bulbs, they arrived two days later. Excellent service and top prices. I'll be using Nippy Normans again :) :) :)
 
Ordered acf50 and an autoswitch - arrived within 2 days - notified by email at every step - I will be ordering from him again! Top class service!

What a nice chap he is. I ordered some risers, fitted them, found that I needed longer brake line. Mailed to point this out and he phoned straight back to help resolve my problem. Unexpectedly good service. Worth buying something from NN just for the hell of it!:thumb :beerjug:

Agree with all the previous posts. I needed further info on the new ADV Sargent seat, norman contacted the company and e-mailed me right back with the info. Result one placed order, he even price matched with another uk supplier and I believe his postage costs are less to.

If only all suppliers were as good as this.

Pity I have to wait till february for the seat (manufacturers delay not normans) but you can all drool over it when I have it fitted for the BMF :eyebrow
