My first contact with Norman was when he contacted me and asked if he could copy my photo's (posted here) to include with Stebel Nautilus fitting instructions. I thought that was decent of him because I'd never have known if he didn't ask.
I've bought a few bits from him, they've always arrived promptly and been good quality.
The only problem I've had is when I ordered some risers for my F650. I decided that I'd take the opportunity and get some for my Adventure too.
Both sets arrived. The 650 ones wouldn't fit (the base mounting holes wouldn't line-up). They were identical to the 1150 items (they fitted fine).
I contacted Norman and asked if I'd been sent two sets for an 1150 by mistake.
He replied that they were identical and should fit both.
They didn't. There's no way that they would fit the 650.
I had a full refund for the 650 ones but I was a little disappointed that the response was just 'they should fit'.
They didn't. It was a standard top yoke. I thought that Norman might have been more interested. I only live down the road and offered to go to his place with the 650 for him to see the problem for himself (my concern being that he might have the same problem from other 650 owners). No response.
