BTBR will be along in a bit

:bow BTBR :thumb2 will be along in a bit

He knows all you need to know and in plain english:clap.

so plain even i was able to fit it all, he helped me out with my lighting set up ( that he origionally made)

he has a very clear PDF that he was kind enough to share with me.

it has colour pictures and everything :D

best of luck

take your time, and warm up the fuse / relay carrier, makes life easier esp this time of year.

May be asking if he can add my FF50's and FF75's to my F800 GS when it arrives :thumb

No need to cut any wires...

Take a look here: http://gsclubuk.org/forum/showthread.php?t=26924

Reply #10 you will see how I did it without cutting the loom.

A much better and neater solution. Well that is until your flasher relay packs up and you have to solder the wires on again. A very complex flasher relay if you ask me.

I have had it like this for nearly a year and no trouble so far.

Autoswitch Help!!!!

Must be to many mince pies turning me into a thicko today, but can anyone help me out?

I have been following the instal document as per the link above, and I have fallen at the last hurdle.

I have all the wires connected, but am confused about the last 2.

It says brown - black ( relay/Autoswitch)

The thing that has me confused, is the wiring diagram with the switch says to connect the black wire from the autoswitch to the relay

whilst the installation guide above looks like you have to connect the black wire to the bikes loom, along with a brown wire?

so,

where does the black wire from the autoswitch go to?

do i need to connect the relay to this wire?

what is the brown wire?

Please help!!

Many thanks in advance

Paul
