Each time I've bought from Nippy Normans they've been fast and excellent. I've now placed two VERY large orders with Touratech and each time they've been slow and so uninformative and unhelpful it makes me wonder who's paying whom!

Just to play devils advocate for a moment but the last thing I ordered from TT arrived withing a day or two and my Sargent seat took nearly two weeks as Norman was out of stock.

Still prefer NN though

Must be down to what's in stoke in the UK, ordered the hand guard extenders from TT, got em 3 days later, still waiting for some head guards that were ordered 4th March, have spoken to them and may see them this week, but poor customer service when they don't bother to let you know they will be late, small e-mail would solve a lot of their customer care issues.
