Nippy Normans

I have bought many wondrous things from NN and the only bad experience i had was som Akro decay headers. He took the money and when i enquired by em ail where they were about 10 days later he sent me an e mail saying they were not in stock and i would get them once they were but he couldn't say when that would be.
This dragged on a wee while and i changed the bike for a WC and tried to cancel the order for the headers but got no replies until i asked for credit for WC frazzles then amazingly he came back on line

Other than that i have had no issues

Guess its lucky dip with NN.

For me 3 orders 2 of them a nighmare. Game over.

No they gave me a no with the original order, the post office say they don't know anything abt it, I've been in touch with trading standards, apparently when you order on line you should get a 14 day cancellation cooling of period which I never got either I'm now going to send a recorded letter stating that the goods have not come and that they either send them to me or give me my money back, if I don't hear anything within a reasonable time frame I then have to send another letter,
If then they don't reply my next step will be court, what a load of bollox I only want what I've paid for not a lot to ask you would think.!!!!!

Ok they have emailed me to to say they have sent the items twice and both times the items have been returned to them as address unknown :confused:not quite sure how that has happened I've been getting mail no probs , plus as as well why didn't they tell me that when I 1st queried why I hadn't received it, anyway they have dispatched the items again, hopefully I should get them next week!!!.
 
Whilst on the subject of good service. I ordered a Givi Trekker Outback and alloy rack mount from Native Viking last Wednesday and in arrived the next day. Really nice bloke and very good service me thinks. Oh, and at a good price too.
 
Nippy strikes again, mails me to ask if there was a problem ordering, as he has a new website and can see i didnt complete my purchase. I reply no thanks, had changed mind partway through the order process, but may be back to order again soon.

Did he reply to this to say thanks and hope you order from us again soon, did he fuck. Nil response. Ignorant Bastardo.
 
Justa vote for MotoScot , a small BMW vendor and service centre near Luton.

I had a problem with the pinlock visor on my Schuberth C3 Pro and they were outstanding , actually getting new parts into my hand before they had received the faulty ones from me. I'm not sure any other vendor would have done that.
