Hello Beemer geezers,

My commute to the City takes in the M23 and the buffetting is horrendous. I'm 6' and will buy a NN screen this morning. Thing is, there's another on the site which isn't mentioned above - the SUPER High-Wide screen.

Does anyone have experience of this? I think perhaps it may be overkill and the normal High-Wide would do the trick. Any thought?

Also, will I need winglets too or just the screen?

I am loving this bike. For the first time ever, after I've ridded 40 miles home, I carry on past my house and keep riding. What an incredible machine. Love the servo brakes too. More fun that the Busa and that's saying summit.

I've got a NN High Wide Screen (slight tint) on my 1200 and at 5' 9" it make a huge difference- the bike should come with something like that as standard.

It'll be in FSAW as soon as I get my Adventure:augie

Cheers Wully,

NN is closed until 14th April so I ordered the adjustable Vario screen from Motoworks instead.

Hi bear I'm 6'6'' and using the Givi screen a big improvement on the standard, I've also got winglets to fix on also.

Anyone got some photos of the NN screen in place?

It's hard to tell with the pictures on NN site how it looks.

Have had my 2005 GS for about 6 weeks now and the only obvious drawback is the wind noise from the screen, which seems to be a common issue according to this thread.

I looked at the screen options the day after I got the bike, but the range of choice stumped me really.

NN High-Wide, Super High Wide, Givi, Vario etc. Has anyone actually tried a variety of screens on their bike to see the difference? Don't mind spending the money, as long as it works!
