No ignition light with ignition on R1150GS

Changed battery and starter motor and rod bike for approx 50 miles. When I got home I left the bike on the drive for a couple of hours. When I came to move in to the garage it would not start. Battery fully charged . Any ideas?

Is your fuel gauge on ? If not check side stand switch, and make sure all job you done all cables still in place and tight .
O yeah kill switch in centre position

Does the engine turn over ? You haven't said ...... A bit more detail would help

Here I'll make it easy for you.

When you turn the key do you get:
Oil light Yes/No.
Is Kill switch in Run Yes/No
Can you get Neutral Light Yes/No
Do you get Lights and Horn Yes/No
Does the fuel pump prime Yes/No
When you press the start button does the engine turn Yes/No
Have you checked the fuses Yes/No

Do you want help Yes/No
Can you respond to earlier posts Yes/No

Got auto electrician to look at the bike. Had Meta alarm fitted. This was the problem. Bike now runs no problem except can have side stand down and put bike in gear and it still runs.
