Another friend of mine sold his one of these at Stafford a year or so ago and netted £80K+
I know Alan's is MUCH Cleaner and has a helluva lot more provenance, documented history and information of its refurb and care in his ownership
No idea what he got for it nor do I want to know I just know of the car and the work that was put into it

Sorry to say . you are WAY out of touch with the prices ........... RS's are between 600K and a million , etc etc ( the £345 K one should be closer to 150 K ???)
