that young man is to move our Scottish Water or at least the worlds water that fell on Scottish soil down to Engerland to raise the levels in several reservoirs on a southward piggy back way to supply water to them there ,mmmm, hell can't think of a term.
The intention is to move the water from various Lochs through 'Lomond' then using the Forth Clyde canal as a conduit, 'pipe' it down to Keilder and all points south.

All these water courses only need to be raised several inches to accomplish this.
