Noah's stolen KTM, lets help him out

No - as far as we know.
I'll see if i can find out what arrangements Noah made to be notified (if  ) when it appears.

Noah said to me that Peter Bookie (is that his name ) was involved in the bike if it was ever recovered. More to the point "when" ;) the scroot who stole it comes to court (and he will ;)) I will be looking for a large group of bikers to show up on the day to sit in court as witnesses for Noah. More news on this as it develops.

Update

Thanks again to everyone.

I have purchased a 2008 KTM 690 Enduro E with 16k miles on her. She was owned by a guy in Michigan US who rode her from South Africa to the Arctic circle. For the past week I have had her torn down to the frame to look her over. John Mitchenson (Rally Raid Products UK) and his wife Liz have given me a place to stay, a shop to work on the bike, parts for the bike, food and great stories. I should be back on the road in the next few days. I received the new licence plate in the mail yesterday and now I'm just waiting on insurance documents.

The guy I bought the bike from recently broke his leg in Michigan so he was really happy to receive the check in the mail for it. He was also very glad he didn't need to ship it back to the US.

I am not sure how I can thank you guys enough. Please don't hesitate to get a hold of me if you need anything. It seems I have contacts all over the world now. :friday

Thankfully things are on the up for you again Noah. I'll be following your ride report over on ADV Rider. :thumb2

Stolen KTM Recovered ..

Yes I can Confirm that the KTM has been recovered on Wed the 29th on foot of a Ransom ... and I have it In my Van will make arrangements to get it sent to the UK Shortly

I just hope we are not making it more Lucrative for the Scumbags to rob machines in future ,

there has been a lot of intervention from People local in Dublin in Securing the machine , and becuase of this no names will be mentioned and the bike seems in God condition considering what it has been through

Very well done for getting it back, although I'm not sure I'm at all keen on paying a ransom to retrieve it but of course I don't know the circumstances.
So is the bike now the property of the insurance company or Noah ?
And Noah of course now has another bike which may complicate matters.
All will be revealed in due course no doubt.

Well done to all those involved in the recovery of Noah's KTM, that's excellent news.

No insurance involved , Noah's bike was not covered by theft , it seems USA insurers are not keen to insure bikes for theft in Europe / ASIA

I see, that explains that one then.
So the boy now has two bikes.

In a week I went from having none to having 2. I want to thank everyone again who has helped.

I either need to find someone to ride the 2nd or store it for the next person who has a problem.

Glad you got it back!

Your suggestion to store the bike for the next tosser to suffer problems is indeed that of a gentleman! :thumb
